How can I find the right spare part?
On the main page of the site there is a filter that allows you to carry out an accurate search. The customer can find parts compatible with his machine in two ways.

1. Selecting the make, model, version of the car (engine size, engine type, year ...) and clicking on the "Search" button. Thus appears the catalog of all spare parts available and compatible with your car.

2.If you have the article reference, you can directly find what you are looking for by clicking on "search" in the top bar.

3. It is possible to choose the category of the product we are looking for by selecting it from the upper macro menu

How do I order a spare part?


1.You must select a vehicle type, using the filter, to access the catalog.

2.Add the piece (s) you need to your cart.

3.Click on "Payment for my purchases" and go to online payment by paypal or bank transfer.

4.Choose the delivery method and make the payment.5.The system will send e-mails confirming the payment and tracking the shipment.
How can I get information about my order?

Go to your reserved area in the orders section and you will be able to see the progress of your order.

You will receive by email the tracking number after shipment to track your package.

How to return a piece that does not fit?

The customer has the right to return the piece within 15 working days of receipt of the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

To proceed with the replacement or return of the product, do not hesitate to contact us.

I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

If the package does not arrive by the expected date, you can contact us from the appropriate menu.

The shipment can be checked using the tracking number that we will send by email. Also in the menu of your orders you can check if your package is in preparation or if it has been shipped.

It may happen that the package is lost or stuck in the post. Think about inquiring at your post office.

What should I do if my package is broken or damaged?

If at the time of delivery the package arrives broken, do not hesitate to refuse it. The package will be returned to us.
